All modifications and additions to the Services will be governed by the Terms or Supplemental Terms, unless otherwise expressly stated by Fireflies in writing. You also have the right to stop using our Services at any time. You may terminate these Terms by closing any account you have with us and permanently ceasing use of our Services. The parties' respective rights and obligations under Sections 1, 5(b), 6, 7 (with respect to payment of any outstanding amounts), 9(a), 10, and 12 through 25 of these Terms, together with all other provisions that may reasonably be construed to survive, will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms for any reason. We are not responsible for any loss or harm related to your inability to access or use our Services.”
