“ We obtain information from other sources. For example, we receive information from third parties when you enable integrations that link our Services with a third-party service, such as Google, Microsoft, Slack, Webex, or Zoom. The information we receive will depend on the specific integration and may include information such as your name, email address, calendar and meeting information, profile information, email, message, and chat content, and any information you provide to enable the integration. You can see and manage your integrations by signing into your account. Additionally, if you create or log in to your Fireflies.ai account through a third-party platform (such as Google or Microsoft), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as: (1) account data, such as your name, profile picture, username; (2) calendar data, including event titles, descriptions, dates and times, and guest lists; (3) email data, such as your email address; and (4) any other information the third-party platform discloses about you, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.”
