“ Fathom complies with the Principle regarding accountability for onward transfers. Fathom remains liable under the Principles if its onward transfer recipients process personal information in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless Fathom proves that it was not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage. Depending on the circumstances, we may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.”
