“We could access user data only after obtaining the user’s affirmative agreement. Any data obtained via Google Workspace APIs is strictly used for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We affirm that 11x does not use data obtained through Google Workspace APIs (including Gmail) to develop, improve, or train any generalized or non-personalized AI or ML models. We may need access to the user data to resolve a support issue, provide advice on service usage or provide any other help, requested by the user.
