“ (ii) Promotional Credits. From time to time, ElevenLabs may issue Prepaid Credits without charge as part of a promotional, marketing, or trial program (“ Promotional Credits ”). Promotional Credits are subject to these Terms unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of issuance and may be subject to additional restrictions, including limitations on use, expiration, or eligibility.”
