(b) You retain ownership of your data, but Edexia owns any customizations, modifications, enhancements, and derivative works related to the services. (c) Edexia owns all trademarks associated with its services. You may not use any trademark without prior written consent from the owner. (d) You grant Edexia a license to use feedback provided by you or your end users to improve the services.”
