“ 16.6 Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the rights and remedies provided under this Agreement are in addition to, and not exclusive of, any rights or remedies provided by law. 16.7 DeepL may at any time assign, transfer, charge or deal in any other manner with all or any of its rights or obligations under this Agreement to a third party taking over the business or Services of DeepL. DeepL may subcontract certain elements of the Services, but shall remain responsible for performance of this Agreement.”
