As described above, we may also process personal information that has been submitted by a Customer to our Platform Services. If your personal information has been submitted to the Platform Services by or on behalf of a Databricks Customer and you wish to exercise your privacy rights, please direct your request to the relevant Customer. Notice of Right to Opt Out of Data "Sales" and "Targeted Adverting" If you are a U.S. resident and depending on the state in which you live, you may have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information or the disclosure of your personal information for purposes of online targeted advertising (our online advertising activities are explained further in our Cookie Notice ). We do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging information for monetary payment. However, because the definitions of “sale” and “targeted advertising" under applicable law may include the disclosure of your information (which includes your Identifiers and Internet and device activity) to certain types of advertising and marketing partners, we provide the right to opt out of these activities.
