Cognigy policy finding

“ 14.4 Hubspot uses so-called “web beacons” and “cookies”. These are counting or tracking pixels or, in the case of cookies, text files that are stored on your computer and enable you to analyze your use of the Cognigy websites (see also 11). The Hubspot browser cookie is stored in your device’s browser until you delete the cookie or until it expires. As a user, you have full control over the blocking or deleting of cookies, as described in sections 11.6 et seq. above. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of the Cognigy website.”
