“ If you are part of a subscription that enables you to create a Team, or you’re a Canva Pro user collecting personal data subject to Applicable Privacy Laws (as defined in the Data Processing Addendum) through a Canva Site or other Design type where the primary functionality of the Design type is to collect information from end users, then Canva collects, uses, transfers, discloses and stores certain personal data on your behalf as a data processor in connection with your use of the Service.
