“ The User acknowledges that his User Account may be deleted, in compliance with applicable legislation and/or the Subscription Contract, at the end of the contract between the User and the Customer or at the end of the Subscription Contract between Awen and the Customer, it being specified that the Customer will be responsible for informing his employees of the deletion of their User Account.”
