“ (i) Regardless of the User's plan, the Basic Provenance for an asset is accessible to the User through the Service for so long as the asset has been saved and the asset and account continue to exist within the Service and have not been deleted. The User is responsible for accessing and exporting the Basic Provenance while it is available. Awen gives no undertaking to retain, restore, reconstruct, or otherwise make the Basic Provenance accessible, cannot and shall not be required to make it accessible where the asset or account has been deleted or no longer exists, and shall have no liability in any such case.”
