“ When you register for and interact with the Sites (including but not limited to Pathfinder, Community, Agentic App Store, Agentic Quest, Automation Anywhere University, and Mission Control) for training, certification, and engaging with the community, we may automatically collect information on your IP address and any information generated by your registering and interacting with such sites, such as but not limited to usernames, levels, points earned in community, training, and the Agentic App Store, community and training badges, and forum commentary. The legal basis for processing your personal information is (i) consent (where required by law) or (ii) our legitimate interest in hosting and maintaining such a community for the benefit of its members, to develop the Pathfinder and Automation Anywhere ecosystems, to assess your skills in issuing Pathfinder certifications/credentials, and to inform you of program changes important to your participation or that relate to additional, security measures.”
