Artisan policy finding

“ The Term of Services shall be as stated in any Service Order. Any Term of Services will automatically renew for additional successive terms of the same period as the Initial Term unless either Party gives the other party written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Artisan may adjust the Fees for the next Renewal Term upon notice at least 45 days prior.”
