Artisan policy finding

“ All purchases are non-refundable and non-cancellable for convenience except as expressly stated in any Order Form. You must abide by the cancellation terms specified within your Order Form. If you are unsatisfied with our Services, please email us at hello@artisan.co . Upon any expiration or termination, Customer shall (i) immediately cease use of the Service, and (ii) each Party shall return all Confidential Information provided for use of the Services. There are no refunds for partially used Services or unused credits. Any termination or expiration shall not relieve Customer of its obligation to pay all Fees accruing prior to termination.”
