“ AirCaps, PBC, a Delaware public benefit corporation d/b/a AirCaps (“AirCaps”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), respects your privacy and is strongly committed to keeping secure any information we obtain from you or about you. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to Personal Information we collect from or about you when you use our website, mobile applications, devices, and services, including any and all services (“Services”) offered or provided by AirCaps from the AirCaps website at https://aircaps.com/ (“Website”) or the relevant AirCaps mobile app made available by AirCaps from the App Store®. Our Services include, without limitation, the transcription service provided by AirCaps for displaying transcriptions on AirCaps Glasses in conjunction with an Apple® iPhone® and the relevant AirCaps mobile app and any hardware, such as the AirCaps Glasses, that you have purchased, and any software that is embedded in such hardware and that you are using, (“AirCaps Devices”), provided that any software is licensed on a non-exclusive basis and not sold, and any other services (collectively, “AirCaps Services”). You agree to these practices and authorize and permit us to engage in the practices and uses, and make the disclosures, each as set forth below with respect to information and other content relating to you.”
