Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you agree to comply with all applicable laws that restrict or prohibit recording of conversations or communications. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability for your use of an AirCaps Device or any AirCaps Service in non-compliance with applicable law. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless AirCaps and its officers and directors for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by AirCaps and its officers and directors as a result of any failure by you to use an AirCaps Device or any AirCaps Service in non-compliance with any applicable law.”
