AI21 Labs policy finding

“ 14.19. Government Users . If Customer is a U.S. government entity, or this Agreement otherwise becomes subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Customer acknowledges that each of the AI21 System and AI21 Model constitutes “commercial computer software” and “commercial computer software documentation” as such terms are used in FAR 12.212, DFARS 252.227-7014 and DFARS 227.7202. In accordance with FAR 12.211-12.212 and DFARS 227.7102-4 and 227.7202-4, as applicable, the rights of the U.S. Government to use, modify, reproduce, release, perform, display, or disclose commercial computer software, commercial computer software documentation, and technical data furnished in connection with the AI21 System and AI21 Model shall be as provided in this Agreement. If a government agency needs additional rights, it must negotiate a mutually acceptable signed written addendum to this Agreement specifically granting those rights.”
