“ 4.1. AI21 Systems . Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement (including without limitation Customer’s payment of all applicable Fees), AI21 grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the Subscription Term (defined below), to do the following, in accordance with the Documentation, for Customer’s internal end use (collectively, the “AI21 System Subscription”):”
