“ 7.13. HIPAA BAA . To the extent that, in connection with the processing of Customer Content pursuant to this Agreement, Customer requires a business associate agreement (“ BAA “) pursuant to the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing rules and regulations, as amended (“ HIPAA “), Customer shall request (via email to [email protected] ) and execute (and deliver to AI21 the executed copy of) the AI21’s applicable BAA template. Such executed BAA shall be deemed incorporated by reference into this Agreement.”
