Activepieces policy finding

“ 5.3 In accordance with this Agreement, Activepieces has the right to verify electronically (or otherwise), and generate, or require Customer to generate and provide, reports related to Customer’s installation of, access to, and use of the Software to ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement. Customer shall maintain Customer Records during the term of this Agreement and for two (2) years thereafter. Activepieces may, upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Customer and during Customer’s normal business hours and subject to industry-standard confidentiality obligations, hire an independent third-party auditor to audit the Customer Records only to verify the amounts payable under this Agreement with respect to Customer usage of the Software. If an audit reveals underpayment, Customer shall promptly pay the deficiency to Activepieces plus late fees pursuant to Section 6. Activepieces shall bear the cost of an audit unless the audit reveals underpayment by more than 5% for the audited period, in which case Customer shall promptly pay Activepieces for the reasonable costs of the audit.”
