Their words · Terms of Service
“Except for your Customer Data, all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and derivatives thereof, in each case, including all intellectual property rights therein, are retained by Yarn. Nothing in this Agreement grants any right, title, or interest in or to (including any license under) any intellectual property rights in or relating to, the Services or Third-Party Components, whether expressly, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. 9.4. You and your Permitted Users, from time to time, may submit comments, information, questions, data, ideas, descriptions of processes, or other information relating to the Services to Yarn ("Feedback"). Yarn may in connection with any of its products or services freely use, copy, disclose, license, distribute and exploit any Feedback in any manner without any obligation, royalty or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise, provided Customer shall not be identified in connection with any such Feedback without Customer's consent in its sole discretion.”
