Their words · Terms of Service
“ 14.1 SID IP. As between the parties, SID owns and retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the SID-1 model, model weights, software, documentation, and all related intellectual property rights, and any improvements, modifications, or derivative works of any of the foregoing (whether developed before or after the effective date of these Terms). Except for the limited license granted in Section 1 , no license or other rights to the Service are granted to Customer. 14.2 Customer IP. As between the parties, Customer retains ownership of Customer Content as set forth in Section 5.2 . 14.3 Marketing Use of Customer Name. SID may identify Customer by name and logo in customer lists and marketing materials. Customer may opt out of this use by emailing legal@sid.ai . ”
