“ 3.1. Your Content: In using RealPact, you will be creating and managing content such as real estate contracts, property data, client information, and transaction records (“User Content”). All User Content that you create or upload is yours . SignPact does not claim any ownership rights in your User Content. 3.2. License to SignPact: When you use our Service, you grant SignPact a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service , including using AI to learn and improve contract automation. 3.3. MLS Data: You represent that you have proper authorization to access and use MLS data through our Service. You agree to comply with all MLS rules and regulations regarding the use and display of listing information. 3.4. Content Visibility: Contracts and documents you create are private to your account unless you choose to share them with clients, other agents, or transaction parties. When you send documents for signature, those parties will have access to the document content. 3.5. Third-Party Data and Automated Output: RealPact retrieves and extracts information from county, municipal, MLS, and other third-party sources. Those sources may be incomplete, outdated, mislabeled, unavailable, or incorrect. Automated search, matching, optical character recognition, extraction, and field mapping may retrieve the wrong property or document, extract the wrong value, or place information in the wrong field. ”
