“ Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data you bring into or manage through the Service complies with applicable laws and the rights of others. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Pally a limited license to process, store, and retain your content, and the records of the work Pally performs on your behalf, as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Pally owns de-identified and aggregated data derived from use of the Service. This data does not identify you and may be retained after account deletion.”
