It explains what we process and why, including encryption in transit and at rest and how our AI providers handle data under their own privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any data you bring into or manage through the Service complies with applicable laws and the rights of others. You retain ownership of your content. You grant Pally a limited license to process, store, and retain your content, and the records of the work Pally performs on your behalf, as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service, consistent with the Privacy Policy. Pally owns de-identified and aggregated data derived from use of the Service. This data does not identify you and may be retained after account deletion.”
