“If users desire to opt-out from any data being sent from their Genban, Inc. account to any third party Genban, Inc. integration (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), they can do so by emailing dpo@outerport.com. Data uploaded by users to Genban, Inc. might be sent to third-party model providers for the purpose of inference, if the user executes their project. This data is not used to improve the model or product of the third-party, as outlined in the DPAs.
