“ Notwithstanding the termination or expiration of this Agreement, Sections 4-6 and 8-12, 13.2 and 14 shall survive and remain in effect in perpetuity. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement Each party shall delete or return, at the other party’s discretion, all Confidential Information of the other party. Minded does not provide backup for Your responses generated by the Solution.”
