“ Certain features of the Services require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Services as described on our pricing page. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. No Refunds. Subscription fees, usage fees, and fees for add-ons are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. You are not entitled to refunds or prorated credits merely for partial billing periods, unused Services, dissatisfaction with Output, or a failure to earn revenue or achieve business results. Canceling stops future renewals and does not itself refund charges already incurred. This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights or refunds governed by an app store's applicable rules. It also does not prevent automatic plan-change prorations, correction of duplicate or erroneous charges, refunds for failed or undelivered add-on purchases, or refunds or fee adjustments expressly described in the Services or agreed by MadeThis in writing. A discretionary refund does not create an entitlement to future refunds. Customer sales proceeds and funds held for third-party advertising spend are not MadeThis subscription or usage fees and remain subject to their applicable terms.”
