“ You acknowledge and agree that by accessing or using the Services, we may receive certain information about you, including personal information, as set forth in the Privacy Policy, and we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide in accordance with such the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings). We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Services. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions. You grants us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, world-wide license to use and display Contributions as necessary to provide, improve, and monitor the Services for the duration of this Agreement, and an irrevocable license to use Contributions for analytics purposes in perpetuity. We may use any publicly-available Contributions for any lawful purposes. ”
