You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Services and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions. You grants us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, world-wide license to use and display Contributions as necessary to provide, improve, and monitor the Services for the duration of this Agreement, and an irrevocable license to use Contributions for analytics purposes in perpetuity. We may use any publicly-available Contributions for any lawful purposes. ”
