“ Upon termination, your right to use the Software ceases immediately, and you must stop all use of the Software. Hemut will handle data retention and deletion in accordance with the Hemut Privacy Statement and the applicable service agreement. The Definitions, Customer Data and Ownership, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections survive termination.”
