“ We retain account, health, and other personal information while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page . When an account is deleted, we make its profile and associated content unavailable in GloGlo and queue uploaded assets for deletion. We may retain data where required for security, fraud prevention, legal or regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, financial obligations, or accounting obligations. Backup copies may remain for up to 30 days before automatic deletion.”
