You will not use the Services, or any data, output, content, prompts, responses, code, design, user interface, workflow, or other information observed, obtained, or derived from or about the Services, directly or indirectly, to: (i) develop, train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark, validate, or improve any product or service that is or may become a Competitor; (ii) build, populate, or contribute to any database, dataset, corpus, or knowledge base intended for use in any such product or service; (iii) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the Services' clinical reasoning, AI prompts, system instructions, response patterns, AI behavior, or clinical decision logic for any competitive purpose; (iv) extract, study, capture, or analyze Clara's AI prompts, system instructions, response patterns, or clinical decision logic, for any commercial purpose other than your own bona fide personal use of the Services as a patient; or (v) publish, share, distribute, or assist any third party in any of the foregoing.”
