“ Either party may terminate these Terms and your access to the Services with 30 days' written notice to the other party. You may provide notice by contacting us at info@cheers.tech; we will provide notice to the email address on your account. Cheers may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to violations of the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 6.
