“Customer hereby grants Profound a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-sublicensable (except to contractors and service providers), non-transferable (except as set forth in Section 18.1) right to access and use any materials that Customer (including its Users) inputs or makes available to Profound, including any queries submitted through the Services (collectively, “ Customer Data ”) to: (a) provide the Services and as permitted under this Agreement; (b) to derive or generate Telemetry.”Open citation
