When you use the Services, your chat messages and voice recordings are shared with these providers solely to generate responses and power your conversations. These providers are not permitted to use your information to train their own models and are required to provide the same or equal level of protection of your information as set out in this Privacy Statement. With government authorities, law enforcement, or other third parties for legal, security or safety purposes , such as to comply with legal requirements; to enforce or apply our terms of service and other agreements; and to protect our rights and the property or safety of our users or third parties.
