“If you elect to purchase a subscription to use our Services, or any other paid aspects of the Services, the Customer agrees to the pricing communicated to you by us. Unless otherwise specified in an Order Form, we may add new services for additional fees and charges, or add or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in our sole discretion, by giving to the Customer at least thirty (30) calendar days' written notice, such increase to take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. If the Customer is unhappy with the increase, the Customer may give notice to terminate the Agreement, by giving at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice to us prior to the next billing date. The fees will not increase during the notice period; otherwise, any change to such pricing shall become effective in the billing cycle following notice of such change as provided under the Agreement. By providing a Payment Method, you agree that we or our Payment Processor are authorized to periodically charge the fees in addition to any applicable taxes and service fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.
