You retain copyright and any other proprietary rights that you may hold in the Input. Your ownership rights in the Output are set forth in the Model Terms for each Model you use. While we strive to keep the Model Terms up to date every time we add or remove each Model from the Service, there may be incorrect or missing terms. Some Models may store or train on your Inputs for improving their own large language models and may allow you to opt-out of model training, as described in their Model Terms. Where possible, OpenRouter has opted out of model training with the Models it uses. OpenRouter strives to accurately represent the status of prompt logging and training for each Model on our Site. Some Model Providers may use your Inputs and Outputs for model training or improvement. Before using a Model, you should review the applicable Model Provider's data practices, which are linked here . Where disclosed to us, we label Models that do not use your data for training. If you do not want your Inputs used for model training, select a Model or Model Provider that commits to not using your data for that purpose.”
