THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL NOT APPLY TO LIABILITIES THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW. THE PARTIES WOULD NOT HAVE ENTERED INTO THIS AGREEMENT BUT FOR SUCH LIMITATIONS.”

We use certain information collected or derived from our users’ interactions with the Service to train our AI models and for other machine learning purposes, including aggregated, de-identified or anonymous data derived from any of our users and, from our Free Plan users , inputs, prompts, and user-generated content data. We do not train our AI models on inputs, prompts, and user-generated content data collected from Paid Plan users .”
