6.1. License Rights . Subject to the terms and conditions of these Customer Terms, Lyzr, grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to install and use the Products during the applicable License Term in accordance with these Customer Terms, Customer’s applicable Scope of Use, and the Documentation.
