“Customer agrees that Company is free to disclose aggregate measures of usage and performance, and to reuse all general knowledge, experience, know-how, works and technologies (including ideas, concepts, processes and techniques) acquired during provision of the Services hereunder (“General Knowledge”), including that it could have acquired performing the same or similar services for another customer.
