Upon Customer's reasonable request, Company will make available to Customer any audits reports or certifications that its subcontractor(s) providing hosting services generally make available to Company and its Customer's, subject to Customer's agreement to comply with any confidentiality or other terms or conditions required by such subcontractor or its auditors.
