Beta Releases are not considered the Service under this Agreement, and may not be supported and may be subject to additional terms as outlined in an Order Form. Dify may discontinue Beta Releases at any time and may never make Beta Releases generally available. Dify will not be liable for any damages or harm arising out of or in connection with Beta Releases. Beta Releases are provided on an “AS IS” basis without express or implied warranty and indemnity. Dify will have no liability for, and Customer hereby releases Dify from any liability or damage arising out of or in connection with any Beta Releases.”
