“Subject to the provisions that apply to the Customer Models that are intended to be adapted, as provided for above, the Customer will retain exclusive, full and entire ownership of the Customer Models. For the purposes of supplying the Services, the Customer grants Augment, free of charge, the personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them under the terms and conditions and for the duration set out in the Contract.
