We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your research content to train machine-learning models for other customers.”

“Your research content is visible to the members of the labs you belong to, according to the roles your lab administrators assign. We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf, including cloud hosting, storage, authentication (Clerk), and AI transcription providers, under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to previously collected data.”
