“ 5.1. Voice Cloning Services. Yarn uses voice data to provide its voice cloning services. When you provide us with recordings of your voice, we utilize AI-based technologies that analyze your speech characteristics to formulate a distinct voice model of your vocal traits. This voice model can be used to generate audio resembling your voice. 5.2. Third-Party Processing. Your audio recordings will be shared securely with third-party providers, such as ElevenLabs, exclusively for the purpose of creating voice models. You acknowledge and agree that your audio data will be processed by these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 5.3. Explicit Consent. Voice data used to create voice clones is processed only with your explicit consent, which you provide by checking the relevant consent box when submitting audio recordings. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by contacting [email protected] . 5.4. Data Retention and Deletion. Upon withdrawal of your consent, voice models will be deleted within 30 days. Audio recordings used to create voice clones will be retained only for as long as necessary to provide the voice cloning services or until consent is withdrawn, after which they will be deleted or anonymized. Yarn will not keep voice data longer than 3 years after your last interaction with us, except as required by law.”
