Yarn policy finding

“ 17.5. Upon termination or expiration of the Agreement; (a) you will immediately cease use of the Services and all rights granted to you under the Agreement will terminate; (b) we will make the Customer Data, including your recorded calls, available to you for download or export for a period of 30 days following such termination and then will delete same, and (c) Sections 6.1, 9.4, 13.3, 15, 17.5, 18-20, 22, and 23 survive termination of the Agreement. 17.6. In the event of a termination due to an uncured breach by Yarn pursuant to Section 17.3, Yarn will refund you any prepaid subscription fees for Services that have not been provided under the applicable Order Form on a pro-rated basis. If this Agreement is terminated by Yarn in accordance with Section 17.3 above, you will pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms to the extent permitted by applicable law. In no event will termination relieve you of your obligation to pay any fees payable to Yarn for the period prior to the effective date of termination.”
