Yarn policy finding
“ We take measures to delete your Personal Data or keep it in a form that does not permit identifying you when this information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which we process it unless we are required or permitted by law to keep this information for a longer period. When determining the specific retention period, we consider various factors, such as the type of service provided to you, the nature and length of our relationship with you, and mandatory retention periods provided by law and any relevant statute of limitations. When we reference "anonymization" in this Policy, it means that audio data and other personal information is irreversibly processed so it can no longer be associated with an identifiable individual. For sensitive data such as audio recordings used for voice cloning, we will retain this data only for as long as necessary to provide the voice cloning services or until you withdraw your consent, after which the data will be deleted or anonymized. Specifically, Yarn will not keep voice data longer than 1 year after your last interaction with us, except as required by law.”
