“ 10.1. Our Services are hosted in the United States. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that your Personal Data will be transferred to and processed in the United States. 10.2. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including Personal Data, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction. 10.3. When transferring Personal Data from the EEA, Yarn relies on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other legally recognized mechanisms to ensure adequate protection of your data.”
